Report or Request Service

Use this form to submit non-emergency concerns to the Township Clerk. If online submission is not configured, you can send the same details through your email app.

For emergencies, call 911. This form is for non-emergency service requests only.

You can also call the Township Hall at 989-465-9811 before visiting.

Online submissions are verified before delivery. If a delivery response is interrupted, retrying reuses the same request ID so the Township does not receive a duplicate. Township staff will review non-emergency messages as available.
